4th Annual Hoops for Hope 2012

3 on 3 Basketball Tournament

 What you need to Know

• 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament charity event facilitated by RC Durr YMCA: 5874 Veterans Way, Burlington Kentucky 41005 for The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
• 3-5 registered players on a team roster (New age divisions added for 2012!)
• ALL participants under the age of 18 must have a Parent Waiver Completed prior to participating in the tournament, NO EXCEPTIONS
• $70.00 Entry Fee per team
• Cash Prize Per Age Division and Awarded to the Top 3 Finishing Teams! (See Registration below for how to become eligible for Cash Prize)
• Cash Prize is based on $10 per team in each age division (See Awards below for Cash Payout)
• Coed teams welcome.
• Tournament is a two and out bracket style
• 3 Point Competition brought to you by Chipotle:  $3 entry fee and the champion will receive a Plaque + Chipotle items
• Concessions available (cash only)
• Donation table if you would like to give additional money to be a Champion for a Cause
• Hoops For Hope Tee shirts are for sale for $7 per shirt

 Registration

• Pre-Registration begins on February 1st and ends on February 29th.  $70.00 Entry Fee applies and your team will automatically be eligible for the Cash Prize for your division
• Walk-Up/No Cash Prize eligibility Registration:  $70.00 Entry Fee applies, and your team is not eligible for the Cash Prize for your division.
• Walk-Up/Cash Prize Eligible Registration: $80.00 Entry Fee applies, and your team will become eligible for the Cash Prize for your division

 New Age Divisions

• 5th & 6th
• 7th & 8th
• 9th & 10th
• 11th & 12th
• Adults (18yrs + Must be out of high school)

 Event Dates and Times

• Adults 18+                                   Saturday March 3     Registration and Check  9am         Tip off 10am
• 9th & 10th, and 11th & 12th     Saturday March 3     Registration and Check In  3pm     Tip off 4pm
• 5th & 6th, 7th & 8th                    Sunday March 4       Registration and Check In 12pm    Tip off 1pm

 Awards/Cash Prizes

• Adult Team Tournament Champions will receive:
• Free 3 month membership for each player to the YMCA
• Trophy
• Chipotle Meal for 2 Card for each player
• Tee shirts
• Free registration for the 5th Annual Hoops for Hope Tournament

•  5^th – 12^th Grade Team Tournament Champions (Per Division) will  receive:
• Free Summer Pool Pass for each player to the YMCA
• Trophy
• Chipotle Meal for 2 Card for each player
• Tee  shirts
• Free registration for the 5th Annual Hoops for Hope Tournament

• 2^ndand 3^rd Place Team (Per Division) will receive:
• Plaque

• Cash prize:
  Payout is based on $10.00 per total number of teams in your age division who  are eligible for Cash Prize payout
• 1st place = 65%,  2nd place = 25%, 3rd place = 10%
